TropicWheels reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
Access to and use of the TropicWheels platform is available only to individuals who are residents of the United States and are at least eighteen years of age. By submitting any information or otherwise engaging with the platform, the user represents and warrants that these eligibility requirements are met. Individuals who do not meet these criteria are not authorized to use the platform, and any submissions made by ineligible users will not be processed. TropicWheels reserves the right to terminate or restrict access for any user who cannot confirm eligibility.
TropicWheels operates as an auto insurance information and quote request facilitation platform. The platform does not itself underwrite, issue, or administer insurance policies. All actual coverage decisions, policy terms, and premium rates are determined exclusively by the licensed third-party insurance carriers and authorized agents to whom quote requests may be forwarded. Information presented on the platform is intended for general guidance only and does not constitute professional insurance advice. Any coverage ultimately obtained through a connection facilitated by TropicWheels is governed solely by the terms of the agreement between the user and the issuing insurer.
Users of the platform are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted through quote request forms, account registration, or any other input method is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in inaccurate quotes, denial of coverage, or termination of platform access. Users who create accounts are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity that occurs under their account. Any suspected unauthorized access should be reported to TropicWheels promptly using the contact information provided at the end of these terms.
By submitting a quote request or otherwise providing contact information through the platform, users consent to being contacted via telephone, email, and SMS by TropicWheels and by licensed insurance representatives to whom the request may be referred. These communications may relate to the submitted inquiry, coverage options, or follow-up regarding the quote request. Standard carrier messaging and data rates may apply to SMS communications. Users who wish to opt out of text message communications may reply STOP to any message received. Opting out of SMS does not affect other forms of contact unless separately requested.
Certain uses of the platform are strictly prohibited. Users may not provide false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information in any submission or communication. Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform, interfering with platform infrastructure, scraping data, or using the platform for any unauthorized commercial purpose is not permitted. Any conduct that violates applicable law, infringes on the rights of others, or compromises the integrity of the platform may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of access, as well as referral to appropriate legal authorities where warranted.
All content, branding, design elements, text, graphics, and functionality available through the TropicWheels platform are the exclusive intellectual property of TropicWheels and are protected under applicable copyright and trademark law. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any platform content is strictly prohibited. The platform is not liable for coverage decisions, claim outcomes, or disputes arising between users and the third-party insurers to whom their requests are forwarded. All insurance matters are the sole responsibility of the issuing carrier.
